Q1. How long does it take to fix an iPhone screen?

To repair the screen of the iPhone generally takes our employees under 30 minutes.

Q2. What kind of parts are you using?

We use original quality parts. The screens are manufactured to industry standard and are the same as the one that is on your phone originally.

Q3. Does your company perform color swaps on iPhones?

We are currently not performing the color swap repair due to the inferior screen quality that is produced for these parts until a later date.

Q4. What kind of warranty do you provide with your repair?

The repairs we perform come with a standard 90 day warranty from the manufacture. Meaning, if there are any issues with the screen or part we replace on your iPhone, you can bring the phone back and have us fix it again for free as long as there is no damage to the part we replaced at all. Please keep a copy of your receipt to verify the validity of your warranty.

Q5. Do you fix water damage phones?

We are generally able to repair phones that have been submerged in water; however, we cannot guarantee that we are able to fix it but we can try our best as we have a high success rate with water damage repair.
